Leadership Coaching &
Professional Supervision

I offer a warm, grounded presence that supports clarity, connection, and wellbeing in your work life.
Together, we create a space to pause, reflect, and explore what truly supports sustainable, effective leadership and exceptional decision making. My approach is relational, restorative, and practical—aimed at helping you feel more resourced, aligned, and empowered in your role.
Here’s what our time together often brings:
- Establish clear and confident decision-making practices
- Reflect on challenges in a safe, respectful space
- Cultivate emotional awareness and relational depth
- Foster healthier team relationships and communication
- Shift from stress and reactivity to grounded, intentional action
I’ve worked with health professionals, union leaders, engineers, small business owners, charitable trust managers, and team leaders—each seeking more intentional, compassionate, and sustainable ways of working and leading.
I’m here when you’re ready, and warmly welcome any questions you may have.
Her clarity, thoroughness, and flow in presenting the material are profound. Every word she shares is carefully chosen, allowing you to grasp and appreciate the depth in ways that stay with you long after the session ends.

Tranforming Meetings
& Engagements
This workshop is for businesses, non-profits, community groups, and individuals who care not just about performance, but about people.
Together, we explore what helps humans thrive at work—where clear thinking, trust, and emotional wellbeing are just as important as outcomes.
What We’ll Explore
- How to nurture wellbeing at work—by creating spaces that are calm, respectful, and energizing for everyone involved
- The courage and kindness it takes to think clearly—and how we can make it safe for others to speak freely, feel seen, and contribute
- Simple, powerful practices that strengthen emotional safety, deepen mutual respect, and help us use our time and attention more wisely
- Practical ways to bring this into your work—from how you host meetings, hold space for others, make decisions, or simply show up more fully yourself

Christinaseva doesn’t simply instruct but guides you so naturally through each concept that it never feels like a lesson.
Working with Christinaseva is an invaluable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful growth and the tools to foster genuine connection and insight within themselves and others.
Whether you’re leading a team, supporting others, or seeking new ways to work with more ease and integrity, this is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Christinaseva holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology, a Diploma in Intuitive Coaching, and advanced qualifications in Leadership Coaching and Workplace Facilitation through Time to Think. She is an active member of its international Global Collegiate.
Our organisation, Mana Whānau Charitable Trust, participated in a two-day ‘Time To Think’ workshop customised especially to suit our unique needs. It could not have been more valuable. Christinaseva demonstrated her insightful, highly skilled capabilities as a facilitator and beautfully modelled the principles we learnt. It has transformed our practices, not only directly within our workplace relationships, but our clients are also reporting positive impacts they are experiencing in their personal relationships through adopting the methods we are modelling to them.
We are incredibly grateful for the learning we’ve embedded and highly recommend this programme to anyone wanting to positively transform both their workplace culture and relationships, and interpersonal relationships in general.
